Shipping Policy – HTO Merchandise

Thank you for shopping with HTO (Holloway Truck & Off-Road Accessories). We take pride in delivering quality merchandise to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Order Processing Time

All HTO merchandise orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information when your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Locations

HTO currently ships to:

  • United States only

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

HTO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package:

  • Shows as delivered but was not received

  • Is lost in transit

  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us at Jared@HTOtruck.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

HTO is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
